1.scopeofwork
thefoundationagreestouseitsbesteffortstoconductandcarryouttheprojectdescribedinthescopeofwork,exhibita,whichisattachedtoandmadeanintegralpartofthisresearchagreement.
2.reports
duringthetermofthisresearchagreement,foundationshallprovidewrittenreportstosponsorasspecifiedinexhibita.
3.pensation

a)inconsiderationofresearchservicestobeperformedpursuanttothisresearchagreement,sponsorshallmakefixedpaymentsinthetotalamountoffeedollars.?thisamountshallbepaidtofoundationuponsubmissionofinvoicesaordingtothefollowingschedule:
